I've brought 3 cars to get windshield replacements this year. We're not a business, we're just a family that had cracks in their windshields at different times but were lazy enough to wait until it became an issue. I brought my 2022 Hyundai Elantra first. I called 5 different shops. The first 4 gave me prices between $400-$600. Alpha gave me between $250-$400. I clearly had to ask why is it so much cheaper with you? They said if it needs to be "calabrated" it will be more. Most other places just charge calibration with the price. It was $285 with tax. The next car was a 2022 Corolla. Their first price was $200 less than the next cheapest place and their high price was $50 less. I ended up paying the cheapest price they offered. Finally, last month I brought in a 2012 Honda Odyssey. Once again, I paid the cheapest price. Prices are outstanding. Here's what I don't want to admit because I DREAD how it may affect future visits, but every time I went there, I was out within 30 minutes. I am selfish enough to not want it to get crazy busy and I have to wait longer, but I'm not dumb enough to risk them going out of business. I can't sing their prices enough. We moved last

I had a crack windshield and shattered back window. Isaiah and his team offered unbeatable price and extremely professional service. I was in and out of the shop in an hour with much better quality windshield and window. If you need any work done, Alpha Auto Glass is the place.

Alpha Auto Glass in Waukegan, IL, came to my home in Morton Grove, 3 weeks ahead of my Safelite appt and half the price to install a new windshield on my car. Isaiah and his team were 100% professional, completed the job in less than hour and cleaned up all debris. Rated 5 Stars

My windshield cracked right through the middle due to the extreme cold, so I called Alpha Auto as soon as they opened & my windshield was replaced with care the same day! Customer service was perfect (thanks Juan), the “wait” on my car was less than an hour & the price was super great and fair. I recommend anyone looking for repair and/or replacement to come here! (:
